About us
We are a small family farm located in the heart of Virginia's majestic Blue Ridge Plateau. We combine our passion for producing delicious, healthy food with our knowledge and farming experience to bring you the most delectable, nutrient-dense mushrooms and vegetable ferments in the New River Valley and surrounding areas.

You can find our krauts and kimchi, gourmet and medicinal mushrooms and a table full o' wild, unique Gnomestead staples in natural food stores and in restaurants throughout Winston-Salem, NC and the New River and Roanoke Valleys of Virginia. Come see us at the Old Cobblestone Farmer's Market in Winston-Salem , NC and at the Floyd Farmers Market every Saturday.
