Gnomestead Hollow Farm and Forage is a family owned and operated vegetable ferment business and gourmet mushroom farm located in the beautiful, biologically diverse Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwest Virginia.  Here at ye Olde Gnomeplace, we craft and create the most delicious, nutrient-dense krauts and kimchi, and we produce the highest-quality gourmet and medicinal mushrooms in our region.
